SCA rejects disclosing details of
Morsi’ s relation with Turkey
2014

The State Commissioner’ s Authority (SCA) issued Monday a recommendation that the Administrative Court reject the lawsuit filed to disclose details about former President Mohamed Morsi’s relation with Turkish intelligence

The lawsuit filed by Ibrahim Fayoumi demanded information about this relation be released from the General Intelligence Service, the Interior Ministry, and the National Security Agency

The SCA explained that the Administrative Court cannot consider this lawsuit because Morsi is currently being tried for a number of cases and that disclosing such information would interfere with the prosecution’ s current cases

The SCA is a consultant body that sends recommendations to the Administrative Court; however, the court has the right to take such recommendations into consideration or not before stating its verdicts

With My Best Wishes
Mr. Ashraf Fouda
